Ali Amini was arrested at work in Tabriz last December and remains in jail in Iran without charge. He is father to two small children. Pray he will be freed immediately.

Pray for Naser Navard-Goltap who is serving a ten-year jail sentence in Iran for illegal house church activity. He was arrested at a wedding in June 2016 and lost his appeal last November.

Pray peace over Assyrian pastor Victor Bet Tamraz and his wife, Shamiram, who are awaiting appeal hearings in Iran to contest prison sentences of ten and five years respectively.

Pray for Iranian Christian converts Amin Nader Afshari and Hadi Asgari as they appeal against sentences of 15 and ten years respectively for ‘acting against national security’. Praise God that both are reportedly still strong in their faith.

Pray for the release of a group of Pakistani Christians detained on suspicion of involvement in mob violence after bomb attacks on churches in Youhanabad in 2015. Two detainees have died and 11 others are seriously ill – apparently for lack of medical care.
