Sometimes you stop and think about the pioneers like Smith Wigglesworth who once told a man who sought healing in the previous night's service, "Didn't I pray for you last night?" "Yes, but I didn't get healed" said the man. "Get out of my prayer-line" said the man of God. "One prayer is of faith, a second one is of doubt." Didn't Paul press three times once? Yet the fruit is haarrd to refute.

Went to hospital for an ultra sound scan on left kidney this morning. My right kidney was removed in 2002 because of cancer. I have a small cyst on my left kidney. They are looking at it closely.

Another visit to hospital this morning for an echo cardiogram in preparation for atrial fribillation procedure in new year. God is answering prayer. In Him we will trust!

Knowing we do not have such a Physician that refuses those who eagerly await Him, and is entirely able of might and knowingly aware towards all our infirmity. such a lot of stress, people are to busy to relax and think these days...
They can't hear the Lord because of all the noise and activity,
well that's me complaining...and I used to be too busy...

I can hear Wormwood from 'the Screwtape letters' telling his nephew to encourage the habit of Flippancy as it deadens the intellect instead of sharpening it.
