prayer request

please can I ask for a prayer I'm extremely tired. it's been a tough week, medical test results, car accident, two 11 hour work days, just a lot.
and I have some study I have get finished today but I am so exhausted. but once that's done I can have a break.
would really appreciate any prayers to get through today thank you.
