If by liturgy you mean the order and elements of worship, there is no set standard (even among the OPC, OCR, et al), but we do structure it according to what we call the regulative principle of worship as defined in the Westminster Larger Catechism and others:
Q. 108. What are the duties required in the second commandment?
A. The duties required in the second commandment are, the receiving, observing, and keeping pure and entire, all such religious worship and ordinances as God hath instituted in his word; particularly prayer and thanksgiving in the name of Christ; the reading, preaching, and hearing of the word; the administration and receiving of the sacraments
Any basic "liturgy" from church to church is guided by the RPW, which does not jump on the bandwagon of your typical high church liturgical elements and patterns. The closest you may get to a denomination in proximity to the Reformed that holds to a 'normative' type principle of worship and shares a the high church liturgy would be the Reformed-leaning Anglicans. The reading of written prayers (like the Book of Common Prayer) is greatly discouraged by the RPW.
