President Biden, at one venue, was seated, reading his responses from hardcopy: a sure sign he should not be there. I watched this on Spain’s RTVE.ES. However, there was no mention by RTVE about the President’s method of responding.

As an independent voter, I see POTUS as physically and mentally depleted, and would think the same if anyone of any stripe.
