I don't know, one of them people (you know who they are), should be posting here shortly about how Jesus never ate potatoes, or that the disciples only ate hash browns. Maybe that we shouldn't eat potatoes because they taint our souls.

This is where my family is very blessed. We grow mostly enough potatoes for ourselves for all year long. So we don't have to worry about what is in them. That's the best, when you can leave most of the skins on them!
We have one corner of the basement that is not insulated, with insulated interior walls for a cold storage room.

Nothing wrong with potatoes, except maybe in preparing them in a unhealthy way.

Of course, you have this low carb kick, which puts potatoes in a bad light, but if a person is active they shouldn't worry about that.

Agreed, skin on is the way to go. Especially with red potatoes... lots of butter... a little garlic.... or a lot of garlic... some ranch blended in..... Yeah that should do it.. here comes someone with the gluttony/body is a temple reply...
