Well, duh. A person's chromosomal sex is determined at conception, and their physical sex at about 3 months into fetal development. You don't become male or female at birth. Well, usually, there are intersex people who do get misidentified at birth, but even then their sex is not actually determined at birth.

I have a wife, 5 Kids, a Good Job, nice home in a good neighborhood.. we go to chuch, I teach my kids to act forthright and upstanding in all they do and say... I have yet to be "assaulted" by anyone for my choice to live that way...

Roe V Wade cannot be repealed.

Roe V Wade was a Supreme Court decision. Any reversal of that decision must come through a conservative Supreme Court and Republican administrations, both presidential and congressional, have steadfastly supported such a court.
