How is school my friend? I know it's just the beginning of the term but just wanted to know how you were faring?

Im actually doing very well. Ive joined campus crusade for Christ and just recently joined a bible study group. Im also looking into different ways I can volunteer around the community and stuff. I've learned that as long as I have Jesus with me and embrace His love I have nothing to fear.

Im currently majoring in economics with a minor in math. I havent decided exactly what field of economics I want to pursue yet though.

noooo, not more complex math stuff. Im retaking calc 1 again so Im not sure if Im up to such advanced math right now

well, there's 10. I've never really considered the idea of a finite number system, though I've been trying to teach myself how to do arithmetic in Mayan lately. Just to stretch my brain a little.

yep, 10 in binary (base 2) math, like the computer

1+1=1 in a finite mathematical system where 1 is maximum. For example of real life applications, consider an on off alarm switch that once is on, it is at maximum. Another would be the neurons of your body which either fire or not.
