Lust can be a terrible cross to bear.

Look, you fell. The flesh is weak. Get right back up and head towards the open arms of Jesus. The arms of Mercy and Love.

Strive to beat this sin. But, remember, Jesus came to save us sinners. Keep trying to stay pure. Trust in Jesus.

    God loves you my friend.

That is no reason to get married though. What if His wife doesnt like sex? She may have a very low libido.

Marriage is special. Its not for someone who needs satisfaction. Its a unification of two hearts. Two bodies. Whatever the outcome.

Lust is very difficult to overcome in life.

With the access the Internet provides to sexual content, tapping into the weakness of our flesh is just a click away.

But remember God loves you and is forgiving. Many men have struggled, and continue to struggle, with lust and shaking the desire to masturbate and commit other sins.

St. Augustine himself, in a humorous sort of way, famously wrote: "[...]grant me chastity and continence, but not yet" (Confessions, Ch. XII, p. ii). Sin is hard to keep under control, and maintaining our relationship with God is hard too. But understanding your humanness, seeking atonement and finding your heart and mind in God will help.

But other things can also help, like getting outside more. Find hobbies that keep your mind and body in other places, away from sources of temptation, and deny yourself access to acting on it. Take up sports or go on nature walks or go to a library and read books. There are so many things the world has to offer, it's just a matter of finding something better and healthier for yourself.

God, through Paul, suggests that it's better to marry than to burn (in sexual lust). Married life has a way of putting sex in it's proper perspective: "Kissin' don't last, good cookin' do."

Men are usually much rougher on that thing than a Lady would be. They can do a lot with just a gentle touch.

I was reading where some men due to the heavy abuse had done permanent damage. Also showing up more now in younger boys.

This might also be brought on to one that over does these things.

I pray for your freedom, for life. Sometimes addictions develop as a way to distract oneself from pain in life - maybe starting in childhood. If that is any part of your case, then I pray that you will be healed from that pain.

I was diagnosed with Peyronie's, but contrary to the article my doctor examined me when I was 'soft', finding a small lump of tissue that revealed where the constriction was. When having an erection the penis bends to the side where the constriction is as that 'chamber' cannot fill with blood fully. Mine was mild with a slight but noticeable bend. Happily it completely resolved in about two years and hasn't recurred.

Interestingly it happened during the time I was having some serious angina, which eventually led to a triple bypass, or CABG. Another point of interest, as noted in the above article concerning Peyronie's, was the mention of plaque buildup as a possible cause.

I have had a plaque covered tongue for many years, and thinking that it was quite normal wasn't too concerned about it. However the large amount of plaque circulating constantly through my bloodstream may indeed be responsible not only for my CAD but for my Peyronie's as well.

Since suspecting this I did some research which led me to change my diet and have had a clean tongue since, indicating that hopefully I am no longer in danger from such plaque buildups.

Sure. The scummy plaque on your tongue is the result of poor digestion, which can be improved by reducing or eliminating foods and drinks that your gut biome don't like. Sugary drinks and alcohol are especially bad. Also by limiting the variety in your diet you build up the populations of gut bacteria that like those foods, which greatly improves digestion. A wide variety of foods confuses your gut as they are often too few in number for proper digestion of a smorgasbord of widely different foods.

Overeating also leads to poor digestion as too much food overwhelms the gut's ability to fully digest food, and properly eliminate waste. I eat two meals per day and snack a little at night so I don't go to bed hungry.

Your diet should be well balanced with protein, fats, carbs, and fiber.

I believe the best indicators of a good diet are,

A high level of energy throughout the day.
    No hunger pangs between meals.
Little or no smelly flatulence (a sign of poor digestion).
Regular elimination, with no urgency, well shaped easy to pass stool, with little odor.
And of coarse a tongue free of bacterial plaque, and a clean smelling breath.

    Edit.
Of course good digestion starts with thoroughly chewing your food, thus mixing it well with saliva, which contains the primary digestive enzymes. Food should be nearly liquefied by chewing. If the morsel is dry add a sip of milk or water to aid in the process. True hunger as well as the sight and smell of food being prepared promotes the production of saliva. Eating is both an art and science. Too often we wolf our food down, eat on the run, and often when we are not really hungry.

Unfortunately, many have dental problems that interfere with proper mastication of food. This must be corrected for optimal nutrition to be attained.
