I am praying for you dear sister and everyone else battling anxiety. Please pray for me as well, I had a panic attack today, I was with my friend and all of a sudden my breathing felt weird and my hands started tingling and my lip started quivering. I’m going to spend time with my family and go to a zoo but I am terrified another attack will happen while I’m on my little vacation I am so very scared. I can’t let the devil use this fear to ruin my days. My fellow brothers and sisters who battle anxiety lets all band together and stay strong an know that Jesus lives in us and greater is He than satan.
