Pine Needle Tea....Good for MANY Things!

I've been reading about Pine Needle Tea this week....seems it is good for many conditions! We had a storm yesterday and many branches came down everywhere so it was easy picking up Pine branches to make tea

makes sense I suppose, pine pollen is supposed to be very good as well

from the look of the first pic of your branches, I think the pollen has gone off from the catkins already? I guess the storm could maybe do it too, iirc it's usually ready in May sometime but I didn't think to check this year...

I've heard that pine essential oil is good for decreasing inflammation. I made a roller of it but have yet to try it out. So just picking of pine needles from the tree is good for drinking? I might have to give it a try.
