Petition to have all Holiday effects (snow, Thanksgiving hats, etc) disabled for all users by default.

Basically what the title says. Those effects seem to bother a lot of people, so there’s my suggestion for a possible solution.

I personally enjoy it. I believe individual users can turn it off on their own.
