Do you ever make treats for your pets?
I tried a doggy cookie recipes I found on the internet a couple years ago. Commander wasn't crazy about them. I made the cookies with beef bullion cubes as directed. I think I'm going try it again though, using lemon juice this time (I discovered when he was just a pup that that crazy mutt likes lemon!) . I also found a soft cookie recipe using baby food I want to try.
So has anybody else tried making their pets homemade treats? There are all kind of Dog Food recipes on the internet if you ever want to try it!

Every Christmas we make dog cookies. The dogs love them so much they go nuts when the stockings come out each year. I think I'll make them some this week!

lol, when i read the title, i immediatly though of Roasted Cat... But yeah, sometimes i make mybirds special stuff, or perhaps buy them treats from the store

LOL @ Burnt Toast-I was about to question what kind of psychopath would ever want to put their pet in a recipe. . .

My hope for humanity has been restored by not seeing several "how to cook your cat" recipes. ~.^

I've heard there were other countries that you could probably find 101 ways to baste Rover recipes - *shutter* I hope never to visit those places!
But I did try Commander out on those doggy lemon cookies - he loved them!
