According to Judge Andrew Napolitano (no relation to Janet Napolitano) the case is not going to succeed. He says that there may have been a chance *before* the voting, but not now. He thinks that the *legislature* can do something about the stringent requirements of a state to get a candidate on the ballot for *next time*, but he thinks that nothing can be done *this time*.

I simply don't know. It just doesn't *seem* fair. (I know, life is "fair".)
