Penicillin.

I'm currently taking penicillin for, what may or may not be strep throat, twice a day. Today at work my relief called in-AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-to ask if I'd work late for him and he'll come in early for me later in the week. So when I get home I'm going to be taking my pill one and one half hour later than usual. Will it hurt me if I take it at the usual time tomorrow which would mean that I would take it after only 10 and a half hours to get back on my schedule of taking my prescription?

I am not sure but.. I don't think any one will answer this kind of question. Your Doctor would know yes? Look it up that might answer your question

Well you take it twice a day, I remember when I took penicillin, I had to take them every 8-12 hours I think, so I would take them where I can take one early in the morning and one kinda late at night...but I did that by how many hours I had to wait...by the way, I know you are sick now but I wouldn't take too much of those penicillin, antibiotics are not good for your kidneys...

Or you can just take one of the pills with you and wrap it in something so you can take it when it's time to take it at the proper time....

If the dosage is done on a regular 8 or 12 hour schedule, get home, take the dosage, then wait the normal hours and dose again.
