I've gone out in the fields and worked. I'll tell you that there are citizens that will work in the fields, even for minimum wage. This I know, because i was there at one time. They will work for minimum wage. So why are they being over looked, and the work is given to immigrants? The citizens will simply go home without work, when looked over, from Fl/, to TX., to Ca.

The government is out of touch with its own people.

They stopped about 70 people on the terror watch list THIS YEAR, and I realize that sounds like a small number compared to 2 million...but what about the ones that didn't encounter? Does that make you feel safe?

People have presented plans, but none of them were agreed upon. We all know that. So, to say no one has been able to presented a plan to secure it? That's not true either. You know that as well.

This isn't a party issue. It's a political one. We have all been lied to. Does another 9-11 need to happen before people wake up and smell the coffee here?

I find it humorous when the headline says 'scores' of migrants. Border States get more than that on a daily basis, and its not an issue...lol until they bus them elsewhere by MUCH LOWER NUMBERS to ones that claim Sanctuary. THEN we question the legality.

Federal Law states they aren't legal anywhere, but states/cities have decided they aren't going to follow that Federal law. Is that legal? Hypocrites are the ones that claim its a problem when it lands on the doorsteps via the bus depot.

The 2013 Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill, rejected by a Republican House, included measures to address e-verify and a number of other measures, including border security.

None of them were agreed to because one party would rather make political hey instead of focusing on solutions that are based in reality. The GOP House rejected the 2013 Bill because they refused to create a path to citizenship for, at the time, 11.5 million illegal immigrants who would have met the criteria laid out in the bill.

I disagree. It is a party issue. The Republican Party would blame the illegal immigrant than find effective solutions to reduce illegal immigrants. The latest stunts by the TX and FL governors is but one example of that.

Ron DeSantis flew these particular migrants from Texas to Martha's Vineyard at the cost of $600,000 paid by Florida's Dept. of Transportation. Martha's Vineyard is not a sanctuary city, it is a tourist town and an island with too few facilities to handle even that slight a crowd. The recruiter lied to the migrants and jeopardized their status.

You are very much mistaken to say that they aren't legal anywhere. These people are legal pending final determination. They are eligible to work here while they wait.

This was a very expensive, flagrant act of spite.
