....and this is in the Politics forum because.......?

John Hagee is a political as well a religious figure. He has repeatedly called for war with Iran and demands that his followers support the nation-state of Israel.

John Hagee - Wikipedia article
Hagee has denounced replacement theology believing that Romans 9, 10 and 11 teaches that Jews continue to have favor with God by the election of grace without necessarily believing in Jesus. Hagee believes that the Bible commands Christians to be supportive of Israel and the Jewish people ..

...Hagee has said that Iran is a threat to Western civilization and does not believe that the "Islamofacist" mentality will ever respond favorably to diplomacy. He supports an American-Israeli pre-emptive strike on Iran to take out its nuclear capability and supports the Neo-Conservative movement in the United States.
John Hagee has now revealed himself as a liar and an anti-Christ.

KJV 1 John 2:22-23
22:
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
23: Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

Messiah
Etymology: Hebrew māshīaḥ & Aramaic mĕshīḥā, literally, anointed
1capitalized a: the expected king and deliverer of the Jews b: Jesus

Christ
Etymology: Middle English Crist, from Old English, from Latin Christus, from Greek Christos, literally, anointed, from chriein
1: Messiah
2: Jesus

from the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary

John Hagee is not a true Christian. He is a Zionist agent who cannot be trusted.

Sorry, when I hear video and audio not matching, particularly when said video is an attack on an individual, then the first thought that comes to my mind is 'made up'.

I'm not going to go around and dig up evidence to back up your sloppy attempt to attack someone. Maybe by choosing something more formidable than a trash heap like prisonplanet you might have more success swaying people. As of right now you're swinging 0-for.

took you up on your offer. His website says "The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God. We believe in His substitutionary death for all men, His resurrection, and His eventual return to judge the world."

sounds pretty standard to me

Because "Christian" Zionism is a political as well as a religious movement.
That is always a hot topic on CF........

Is "Christian Zionism" Biblical ?

The Dangerous Confusion & Delusion In Dispensationalism & Christian Zionism Doctrines

Christian Zionism - Wikipedia

Christian Zionism is a belief among some Christians that the return of the Jews to the Holy Land and the establishment of the state of Israel in 1948 were in accordance with Bible prophecy. The term began to be used in the mid-20th century, superseding Christian Restorationism.[1][2]

Traditional Catholic thought did not consider Zionism in any form.[3] However Christian advocacy grew after the Protestant Reformation in support of the restoration of the Jews. A contemporary Israeli historian suggests that evangelical Christian Zionists of the 1840s "passed this notion on to Jewish circles",[4] while Jewish nationalism in the early 19th century was widely regarded with hostility by British Jews.[5]

Some Christian Zionists believe that the gathering of the Jews in Israel is a prerequisite for the Second Coming of Jesus. The idea has been common in Protestant circles since the Reformation that Christians should actively support a Jewish return to the Land of Israel, along with the parallel idea that the Jews ought to be encouraged to become Christians as a means of fulfilling Biblical prophecy

Pastor John Hagee of Cornerstone church in San Antonio, Texas is one of the most influential evangelists in the United States. In his new book, In Defense of Israel, he denies that Jesus was the Messiah.

Watch Video - actual John Hagee commercial

I've heard some things about him, he has strange theology regardless, makes me wonder how he was ordained.
