I'd like to see it. While you're at it, show me that women working in Muslim-owned businesses make equal wages and have equal status with male counterparts.

This is hardly a unique problem in Islam. Unfortunately the data suggests that across the Muslim world, the pay disparity between men and women is pretty horrible. This is a problem in many Muslim countries because women's education is not valued in many of these societies, and women often lack economic autonomy. But again, this problem is not unique to Islam.
