When former Vice President Joe Biden entered the Democratic presidential race a year ago, he introduced the now familiar theme that the “soul of this nation” was at stake in the 2020 election. Judging by what we’ve seen from President Donald Trump over the past few days, Biden is right.

It began Friday night, when Trump informed Congress that he was firing MIchael Atkinson, the Intelligence Community’s inspector general. This was nothing more than a vile act of political retribution that had been months in the making. Atkinson fulfilled his legal responsibilities by informing Congress about a whistleblower complaint that exposed Trump’s impeachable crimes. What everyone else recognizes as following the letter of the law, the president views as cause for termination.

I don't think he'd leave peaceably either. The rule of law means nothing to that man. But we're not going to get to find out. Deceived people in large numbers will assure his re-election.

The Apostle Paul stated pray that the gospel will go forth unhindered......Trump works to protect religious liberty and freedom along that line so yes we should side in with that position. Not sure why you wouldn't think so too.

Trump and the republicans serve one god - mammon. They have no compassion for the sick and poor. They are finishing the job of decimating the middle class in order to line their pockets. They are all about the rich getting richer.

Liberals preach a sexual free for all, the abdication of personal responsibility, including abortion, and the coddling of the lazy.

I don't care to support either agenda. You shouldn't either.

Thank you - I have not had that hardy a laugh in a good long time. I love this kind of histrionics from the media. I'm thinking about doing a scrap book of every time someone in the media has said that the President has plunged us into …...

Just a couple months ago he was plunging us into World War Three.
