Why the following documents?
The prophet warns us ..."We have nothing to fear for the future, except as we shall forget the way the Lord has led us, and His teaching in our past history." (CET 204.1)
Unfortunately, many of us have forgotten our past history and are in confusion (Babylon) regarding earth's final events connected with the close of probation, in which the 7th trumpet/3rd woe is soon to break upon the world with great fury.
"The events connected with the close of probation and the work of preparation for the time of trouble, are clearly brought to view. But multitudes have no more understanding of these important truths than if they had never been revealed. Satan watches to catch away every impression that would make them wise unto salvation, and the time of trouble will find them unready." 4SP, 1884, p.412.1)
The following documents show what our pioneers unanimously taught regarding last day events; the torch of light that has been handed down to our day. The key to understanding our past pioneer history that brings us to our present standing is clearly revealed on the 1843 and 1850 charts as the prophet Habakkuk declared.
Habakkuk 2:1-4.
May our heavenly Father open your eyes to see the precious jewels of truth that have been hidden beneath the rubbish of error, glitter fourth as the dirt brush man (Jesus), unfolds them in their utmost brilliancy as never before. This is our earnest prayer.
