Imagine if Donald Trump were a woman and the Attorney General defended her actions based on her emotional state? That's essentially what William Barr argued in his defense on Thursday:

Donald Trump “was frustrated and angered by a sincere belief that the investigation was undermining his presidency,” Barr announced at the news conference on Thursday. “Apart from whether the acts were obstructive, this evidence of non-corrupt motives weighs heavily against any allegation that the President had a corrupt intent to obstruct the investigation.”

Throughout the 448-page Mueller report, the president is very emotional. He is forever “becoming angry” or “expressing anger” or “expressing frustration.” He “was furious” at Jeff Sessions for not protecting him. He “screamed” at and “lambasted” his attorney general, demanding, “How could you let this happen?” Regarding perceived “horrible treatment” of an adviser, the president was “upset for weeks.”

Honestly, what difference, at this point, does it make?
What difference does which make? That our attorney general is acting as a personal fixer for our president? Or that our president is so unable to control his emotions that he can't think straight?

Oh, is that why he can't think straight?! I was wondering.

I think you missed a reference. Read the comment again and consider which former presidential candidate may have spoken those same words.

Yes, the reaction to her anger demonstrates my point as well.

Ah. So it was a desperate attempt to connect legitimate criticism of Barr and Trump to a ridiculous attack on Clinton? I'm glad I missed it.

Narcissists, are very sensative to anyone going against them. Anyone who disagrees with them, will be deomonized.

This is not normal for most people, but very normal and predictable, with those with off the chart narcissist behaviors.

Just replace he with she and imagine this was Hillary we were talking about.

Just imagine the threads we'd have around here.

This has been the story for the past 3+ years: big, tough strong president gets his fee-fees hurt and lashes out at slights, perceived and real.....all while some of his supporters joke about liberals being ""snowflakes"" for the controversial opinion "we should strive to be as kind to others as possible".

It's why I say that they are everything - and more - that they accuse liberals of being. When they talk about "delicate snowflakes" and "lawlessness", they're talking about themselves.

QFT. It's kind of like when Trump whined and complained about SNL making fun of him when he has repeatedly mocked and insulted the people he doesn't like, either alive or dead people.
