I'd say thanks but I had nothing to do with her genetic makeup. I call her my girl, but at this point she's really an old woman.

Note to self - share some anecdotes from back in the day tonight especially the time she was "captured."

Greetings Kafeterians. I come with great news!

Well, I got a temp-to-hire position through the temp agency that's going to start sometime next week. I'll be working for a government agency that, oddly enough, helps people on social security get back to work. It's a little less money than my previous job, but I'm hoping I'll enjoy it more. So, it's time to celebrate!

Also, I got state medical insurance for me and the kids for the next six months and some much needed assistance with food stamps. So, all in all, thing are really getting better.
