On the grounds of Fornication

If you want to get technical about it, the woman has to be married to a different man. Then it is BOTH who commit adultery, as it is a violation of her marriage covenant.

Since the Law allowed for a man to have more than one wife, (and that was not changed in the New Covenant) if the married man has sex with an unwed woman, it is NOT adultery.

But it would still be considered inappropriate contentia / fornication which is forbidden to all New Covenant believers per Acts 15.

That was my first impression as we'll, but technically intercourse outside of wedlock is fornication, and adultery is a violation of wedlock;

An act of Adultery always includes Fornication, but Fornication does not always include Adultery.

For someone to ידע Rationalize something Outside of our Faith is Fornication, for Someone in our Faith to ידע Rationalize something Outside of our Faith is Adultery (and fornication).

There is a gender correlation going on here note how pure Fornication requires at least two Fornicaters, as in XX (chromosome), and Adultery includes (as a minimum) one count Adultery and one count Fornication, as in XY (chromosome).

Those who ידע Rationalize outside the Covenant of Grace are Fornicaters, and those who are in the Covenant of Grace yet ידע Rationalize as one in the World is an Adulterer.
