Omarosa released a new secret recording that reveals Trump’s daughter in law, Lara Trump, trying to buy her silence.

Video:

Transcript:

Trump: Listen, obviously, with, like, “The New York Times” article and stuff, you know, it’s, it’s —

Omarosa: hat’s the New York time article?

Trump: The one that — the one that — it was in “The New York Times.” They wrote about you. It sounds a little like, obviously, that there are some things you’ve got in the back pocket to pull out. Clearly, if you come on board the campaign, like, we can’t have — we got to —

Omarosa: Oh, god, no —

Trump: — Everybody positive, right? So the only thing that we have to consider, where we’re talking salary, as far as the campaign is concerned is that, as you know, everything is public. Um, and that all the money that we raise and that pays salaries is directly from donors. Small donor dollars for the most part. So I know you were making 179 at the white house. And I think we can work something out where we keep you right along those lines. Um, specifically, let me see, I haven’t even added up the numbers. But we were talking about, like, 15k a month.

Um, let me see what that adds up to. Times 12. Yes, that’s $180,000. Does that sound like a fair deal for you? In terms of your position, specifically, I really feel like your position would require, you know, you to be able to be flexible in terms of where you are. Sometimes, you know, come to New York for occasional meetings. But I would love, if you could, you know, occasionally go do speaking engagements and that sort of thing for us. I think you’d be awesome doing that. So it doesn’t really matter where you are. If you’re comfortable staying in D.C., then, you know, you’re, we’re more than happy to have you —

After the audio played, Omarosa told MSNBC’s Craig Melvin, “She made it very clear if I joined this campaign, that I would have to be quiet. I wouldn’t be allowed to talk to reporters. I wouldn’t be allowed to say anything against Donald Trump. As she stated from her — in her own words, had to keep it positive. You can’t be talking about these things. What is this thing you have in your back pocket? I saw this as an attempt to buy my silence. So censor me. And to pay me off $15,000 per month by the campaign.”

Melvin asked, “You saw this as hush money?”

Omarosa answered, “Absolutely.”

To summarize, Trump was going to use donor funds to give Omarosa a made up job where she would not be allowed to talk to the press and only say positive things about Trump, so long as she didn’t use what The New York Times made it sound like she had in her back pocket. What is being discussed sounds a lot like hush money and a potential violation of campaign finance laws.

The dirt that Omarosa has on Trump might not be Russia impeachment level, but it shows the level of corruption and lawlessness within the entire Trump campaign operation and presidency.

Instead of saying "To summarize" you should have said "To creatively interpret".

Negotiating salary...ooooooooo why assume it's to buy her silence??? You know what assuming does.

They are also talking about her work responsibilities? Hmmm and SHE assumes it's hush money.... receiving the same salary for a different position... she is NOT a very good negotiator if that's all she wants as "hush" money (hush for??? her lies?)

If the Clintons fired her *4x? wow she must really be an unsavory person eh?

First,SHE assumed it was hush money.
Second, She said no to it. She agrees with you that the 15,000 a month is not enough.
Third,The tapes show that she was not lying in her book.
Fourth, Why did the President hire this person he calls a low life dog when he promised the American people that he was going to hire the Best people?

She would then have to sign NDA. Thus buying her silence with donor funds. Remember she was lazy no good person who did not show up and was a dog. According to Trump.

So why would they hire such a horrible person except to get NDA signed?

The government of USA has become worst type of reality tv show.

Omarosa Drops New Tape Of Trump Trying To Buy Her Silence

Not even billionaires, like "The Donald," willingly pay fired employees $15000/month unless they are providing something substantial in return!

Given that Chief of Staff Kelly had already informed Omarosa that her job performance in the White House was less than satisfactory, other than buying her silence, what exactly does she "bring to the table" that would justify $15000/month?

(snip)If the Clintons fired her *4x? wow she must really be an unsavory person eh?
evidently she was one of those "only hire the best people" President Trump hires since she worked for him both on the campaign and then for a year on staff for the President at the White House. been here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omarosa_Manigault_Newman
Trump presidential campaign and administration
During the Republican National Convention in July 2016, Omarosa announced that she had been named Director of African-American Outreach for Donald Trump's presidential campaign.[30] In September 2016, she said in an interview with Frontline: "Every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump. It's everyone who's ever doubted Donald, who ever disagreed, who ever challenged him. It is the ultimate revenge to become the most powerful man in the universe."[31][32] Shortly after Donald Trump won the election, Omarosa stated that Donald Trump has an "enemies" list of Republicans who voted against him in the presidential election.[33]

In December 2016, Omarosa was announced as one of nine additional members to President-elect Donald Trump's transition team.[34] In December 2016, Omarosa accompanied former NFL stars Ray Lewis and Jim Brown to meet with President-elect Trump at Trump Tower.

On January 3, 2017, it was reported that Omarosa would join Trump's White House staff, focusing on public engagement.[35] Her specific title was made public the next day as Assistant to the President and Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison.[15] In her first interview after being named to the Trump White House, she told Megyn Kelly that she was a "Trumplican" and had switched her political affiliation to the Republican Party. She hopes more African Americans will follow her lead and do the same, given how she believes Democrats take African American voters for granted, making empty promises to them.[36]

In June 2017 Omarosa invited the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) to visit the White House, signing the invitation as "the Honorable Omarosa Manigault". Some members of the CBC took exception to her use of the title, which is neither customary for political aides nor typically self-applied.[37][38] The CBC ultimately declined the invitation.[39] In August 2017, Omarosa was on a panel about losing loved ones to violence at National Association of Black Journalists convention in New Orleans. She got into a shouting match with moderator and fellow panelist Ed Gordon because his questions to her focused on Trump's policies and not her personal history with losing family members to violence.[40][41]

Departure
On December 13, 2017, the White House announced the resignation of Omarosa, effective January 20, 2018.[42][43] The United States Secret Service did not deny reports that Omarosa had been forcibly removed from the White House grounds on December 12, but stated the agency was not involved in the termination process or escorting/removing Omarosa from the complex. The Secret Service's only involvement in the matter was to deactivate Omarosa's access pass.[44] CNN White House correspondent April Ryan reported that White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly fired Omarosa,[45][46] but Omarosa disputed the account, stating that she resigned.[47][48]But she had secretly taped her firing, and gave the tape to Chuck Todd to play on his NBC Meet The Press television show on August 12, 2018.[49]

In February 2018, Omarosa publicly criticized the Trump administration on the reality television program Celebrity Big Brother, and stated that she would not vote for Trump again.[50]

I, of course, do not personally know Omarosa or Donald; so I do not know where either one is really at. But >

In case a person is unsavory, and black, the person could be bought, not only for silence but in order to show that Donald is not a racist and not against women . . . if he is hiring a black woman at 15 grand a month. She would, of course, need to be doing certain things which look important, I would think. And she could be used to get black votes.

A savory black woman would not be for sale. And not all blacks could be bought by such a trick.
