I haven't really been to CF sine 2010 until very recently.
I used to really participate here as a I am very bipolar.
I went off my meds again about a year ago and I recently crashed and burned again as a result of that decision.
Now I'm on some new meds. They are helping but not entirely.
I also just need Jesus to carry me through this rockey up and down road I'm on. Any input and prayers are welcome.
The precipitating event was a bully threatening to kill my 11 year old daughter. It brought up a lot of old baggage regaurding my ex husband who in addition to abusing me and my entire family also molested my older daughter.
I carry guilt about a lot of that and it's hard for me to let go and let God.
