It doesn't beg the question, but it might prompt the question. But it might also be that they didn't have a mole, but rather, an employee came forward after being disgusted at Trump's behavior.
"Mole" gives the sinister cast to story. So theyre gong with it.... regardless of not having the slightest clue whether its factual or not.

Yeah, but they were supposedly there retrieve a specific number of boxes, containing specific material, located in a specific place they were taken to by their informant. Obviously that was just an excuse to raid the place and dig up anything they could get their hands on.
Trump supporters need to message him asking him to post the warrant and the list of what they took.
Most of us would like to see it too.

Yep this whole thing is a sequel to James Comey's fishing expedition only involving a presidential record librarian who is a Democratic fanboi.

This kind of thing is not done in a vacuum. There are so many people who have to sign off and show evidence for things here, that it is almost certain serious crimes were committed. As long as those are subject to actual courts and not the GOP tainted congress, it is highly likely a conviction will come down.

The attorney general should be addressing that, but apparently he's in hiding.

Not really, no. At worst, his administration earmarked 30 million documents for the library before he left office and the records were turned over to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). These documents are already available to be requested under the Freedom of Information Act by NARA in accordance with the Presidential Records Act.

Also, while you say "his" (referring to Obama's) library, the Presidential Libraries are owned by the Federal Government and operated by the Office of Presidential Libraries, which is a division of NARA. Obama did not "take" any records for "his" library but gave them to NARA for his library.
Not exactly;
Everything you need to know about the controversy over Obama’s presidential library.
"The Presidential Center is unlike most other presidential libraries. Firstly, the Presidential Center is run by the Obama Foundation, a private nonprofit. All other presidential libraries and museums going back to Herbert Hoover are run by the National Archives and Records Administration, a federal agency. Some skeptics fear this privatization opens the door for partisan interests to curate what is meant to be a public archive."

Priorities are always a mystery I guess. There was not much publicity or concerns when former ( & late RIP) “security” advisor Sandy Berger failed to inform President Clinton of Chinese espionage of US nuclear warheads. Berger also failed to return documents from the national security archive.

Sandy Berger - Wikipedia

Yes I am one of the few people online that talks about Chinese spying going back to Clinton, Hazel O'Leary at the department of energy, and the Cox Report. It kind of did stand out in my mind with all the vitriol directed at W Bush over Iraq etc. and him being "the worst president we have ever had". I tried to correct the record based on the fact we might someday in the future get into a serious war with China that includes the threat of nuclear war. e.g. when Clinton had done many things to boost China when it came to stealing our most sensitive military secrets and civilian technology, getting them most favored nation status etc. all while they were donating to his library and gave his presidential campaign fund a hefty donation that he was forced to return later.

I believe, over and over, the media democrat established interests use the boiling frog thing on us ( for the sake of analogy). I have deep concerns about January 6th etc. but I think the truth may never be properly known on that.

From your link, "In another break with tradition, the Presidential Center has no research library and Obama’s presidential archives will not be housed on site. Instead, all unclassified paper records are being digitized by the Obama Foundation and will be made available online." The claim was that Obama "kept" the records but this reconfirms that NARA has and controls all the records, just that NARA is helping to create digital copies that will be kept by the library (and only the digital copies will be in the library).

The papers will still be physically controlled by NARA and available through them, regardless what the Obama Foundation will do. It sounds like much of the "controversy" is between having the records only digitally available at the library versus having paper copies of the records. It also weakens the claims of "controversy" since the records, as I have shown, are already available through NARA, no matter what "curating" of the digital copy of the records is done by the library.

Unclassified records. What happens to classified documents? What the government’s former top classified records overseer sees in the Mar-a-Lago search

I like Jessie but he can be a tad extravagant? Not sure if thats the right word. But so much of what we know is just speculation. Yet it don't matter any more. They waited way to long to talk to the public. They talked to us in past in matters like this were DEM's were concerned.

Records.. Trump didn't take any. Those that worked for him did. Again this is not about any classified documents we know this. He was fully working with them just before all this. The first subpoena he did exactly what they wanted.. they could have if they wanted did another yet oddly made sure he was not home and raided his house and wifes stuff took things that are not classified at all but just personal But since its Trump if your on the left your very happy this happened to Him and not people like Hillary since no one would ever take that case the FBI told us haha

Funny how the mole supposedly knew exactly where the documents were kept, yet the FBI raided every bit of living space even going though all of Melania's possessions. It's obvious they were out to get anything they could lay their hands on, rather than being there to retrieve specific boxes kept in a specific spot.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm ................. what insider would know where Melania's "possessions" were? Someone was awfully close to the family. Now, what insider might have such knowledge and be willing to rat out such a wonderful defeated former President?

OK, now. This business of posting with facts and information is embarrassing other posters. It's also pretty boring.

Makes you wonder how many moles the FBI has in your life. Not that my life is that exciting. That mole would be pretty bored.
Speaking of your moles .... one looks a bit funny. You might want to have a Dermatologist look at it.

Was he not allowed to have any personal possessions in his office? There were also issues with some of the things that Obama retained but no one tried to make a federal case out of it.
These are classified documents he was allegedly hiding, not his Micky Mouse golf bag.

Classified documents are all kept by the National Archives (NARA), your article even explains how it works -- such as if the ex-President wants to write his memoirs and access those classified records. I've seen nothing to indicate that any classified records would be available through the Obama library, those will remain under the control of NARA -- though some likely will be added to the digital archive as they become unclassified.

Most anyone who works at Mar-a-Lago such as a maintenance worker, house staff member, or a security guard. I've worked as both a janitor and a security guard, and I knew every inch of the places I worked at.
