Proverbs 25:12. As an ear-ring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold,
So is a wise reprover to an obedient ear.
Unto whom does Christ bring Eternal Salvation?
Hebrews 5:
8 Though he were a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which he suffered;
9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them
that obey him.
Romans 15:8 For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ has not accomplished through me, in word and deed, to make the Gentiles obedient.
1 Peter 1:
13 Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon
the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
14 as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance;
15 but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct,
16 because it is written, Be holy, for I am holy.
As it is written in The Devarim Of Moses:
Deuteronomy 4:
29 But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you
seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
30 When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days,
when you turn to the Lord your God and obey His voice.
A Slave of Righteousness
Romans 6:
16 Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are
that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience
leading to righteousness?
17 But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the
heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered.
18 And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
19 I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you
presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more
lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness.
20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
21 What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the
end of those things is death.
22 But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have
your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.
