Obama says that his anti-Constitutional surveillance of America's telephone usage isn't designed to "target Americans." Is that anything like his drones not targeting Americans or the IRS not targeting conservative groups? Can we believe a single thing this political thug says?

I'll give him credit for having the most transparent administration in history though and for accomplishing fundamental transformation ... though I think neither of those is working out quite the way he intended.

First of all, thanks for your proper use of the ellipsis (...). Few there be that know how to properly apply it.

Second of all, I believe that things are working out exactly how Obama planned it. I personally believe that his number one goal was/is to undermine the Constitutional basis on which our nation is built and to turn us into a Socialist state.

But I know that you already know that. We certainly agree that he's bad for the USA.

I've never understood how people think something like the imperialist expansion of drone strikes in other countries is abhorrent, and yet simultaneously criticize him for anti-imperialism. Kind of like how he's some sort of crony-capitalism Marxist or something.

It's not a case of "he's incompetent at applying his evil Marxism"; he's just plain not a Marxist.

Even now, it should be clear though that this is still a nation of laws. Though some laws have been violated by people in positions of responsibility and trust, the process of correction is underway. The worst thing to do would be to withdraw and by default give the government even more power and control because of fear.
