I have hot tea in the morning most days, year round.

I do, that is usually the only kind I drink.

Breakfast foods for a quick lunch or supper happens often.
I occasionally will have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast if I have to leave the house really early and don't want to take the time for a regular breakfast.

It's about the only way I can survive (I have dyslexia and it's hard to read for long periods of time so I rely on memory).

Wow, it depends. Sometimes alone and sometimes not. As a mom to a near 3 year old, alone time can be quite precious though
