This is the second failed test in less than a week after the North's recent launch of a Musudan missile, which has an estimated range of 4,000km (2,500 miles).
It is said to be capable of hitting US bases as far away as Guam.
The missile has been tested eight times this year, with only one success.

No. They are NOT a threat. They are poor. Like poor. They have NO technological infrastructure and they simply don't have the technical know how to be a legitimate threat on the world stage. Nor do they have the money to support that. Many of their direct neighbours WHO THEY ARE STILL AT WAR WITH, do not consider them a threat.

I think you misoverestimate how much other nations care about what Trump says; I'm pretty sure at this point, most developed nations recognize he's a blow, bluster, and a bit of a clown.

Well, I guess not everyone can sport such an exceedingly debonair hairstyle with such confident flair as jolly Kim Jong does. Takes a unique combination of physical attributes with which not everyone is blessed.
