You are right. Clearly the ONLY people who should be leading America comport with your personal beliefs. If others beliefs were important or worthy I'm sure you would like them.

We probably haven't. We thought this silly experiment of letting more Americans have healthcare access would work, but it was the conservatives who knew all along that it was a bad idea. Too many Americans have access to healthcare and that only makes us weaker.

The GOP oversaw the beginning of the largest economic collapse since the Great Depression and if they had been able to retain control I'm sure it would have all worked out much better than it is today. Too many Americans have jobs today. Again, we are much weaker than we should be.

I'm sure He will.

From your mouth to God's ear! We only need one party and one set of ideas. That works well for Russia and Trump and the Republicans now respect Putin, we could learn a thing or two from such a great leader as Putin.

Let us pray for a great 2017.

I agree about praying for a healthy and sane 2017.

On another note, once the Democrats are out of the White House, why in the name of God, would ANYONE want a Democrat anywhere NEAR the White House again?

Have we not learned anything, yet?

God have mercy.

(the Democratic party should be dis-banded, and drift off into the dust of obscurity.)
Nothing is better for liberty than a one party state.

Your odd take on what i posted is noted.

Disband the Democratic Party and we are left with one true national party.

Does George Soros fit anywhere in there?

From my several years of friendship with Mr. Robert Mendelson,
he would love to see Mr. George Soros put behind bars!

Would you care to elaborate?

Corey Booker. Amy Klobuchar. Kirsten Gillibrand. Sherrod Brown.

Out of your list, Warren would be my choice, and she certainly has a strong following already, but I think a lot of people will throw their hats in the ring (unlike, sadly, this year) and it will be more like the 2016 Republican primaries, where anyone might rise to the top.

Elizabeth Warren?

*wonders if he's serious*

Mr. Robert Mendelson is advocating to Muslims, that they take
certain passages from the Koran and place them in a high position
of influence, much like we Christians exalt the Sermon on the Mount,
to a position of greater influence over our day to day lives than,
for example, the book of Ecclesiasticus that King Solomon wrote when he
was rather depressed.

I quote Robert in post #2 here:

Muslim, please explain Lesser Jihad
Depressed? Sir, you lack understanding of what solomon was saying in ecclesiastes.

...no.

Are you going to answer the question?

I disagree.

Trump interrupted the "one party" AKA democrats and republicans.

That's why those Republicans who were Democrats in reality, were so lividly and dramatically against Trump.

Thank God Trump shook it up and interrupted that fer-real "one party" who thought they had it "in the bag".

That's why they did this, because they just "knew" they "had it in the bag":

Democrats and Republicans = same party = "one party"

Their party was busted up.

Remains to be seen. While Trump ran as the outside-the-establishment guy, he dipped right into Goldman-Sachs and the like to fill out his administration. So many threads on here prior to the election decrying Hillary giving speeches to Goldman-Sachs... not so many when Trump hires them.
