She does about as much as Biden did when he was VP
I agree with your point; but VP Harris has cast the tie breaking vote in the Senate 15 times in under a year. Biden cast no tie breaking votes in 8 years. Pence cast 13 tie breaking votes in 4 years. I know this really is more about the makeup of the Senate and the need for tie-breakers; but it is at least something that she did in her first year. Most of the tie-breakers were about Biden's appointees; but the major one was the tie breaker for HR1319 - American Rescue Plan.
