Proverbs 10:30
The righteous will never be removed, But the wicked will not inhabit the earth.

The wicked are the ones taken away. the one is taken the other is left that Jesus spoke of.
They are taken to be fed on by the eagles which are birds of prey, where the body (carcass) is, there the eagles will gather together to feed.

This verse offers confirmation that the wicked are going to be dead, not alive, not inhabiting the earth, but the righteous will remain on the earth, they will never be removed from the earth. The earth will always have some righteous people living on the earth! At the ressurection, we will live with Christ on the earth, else why would God create new heavens and a new earth if no one would be living on it and why would the city of God come down out of heaven to the earth for the Lamb and God to live with their people on the new earth?

God created the earth to be inhabited.

The coming destruction of the wicked, Christ tells us they will all be taken away.
Luke 17
24 For as the lightning that lighteneth one part under heaven shineth unto the other part under heaven, so shall also the Son of Man be in His day.

25 But first must He suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of Man:

27 They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

28 “Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;

29 but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.

30 “Even thus shall it be in the Day when the Son of Man is revealed.

31 In that Day, he that shall be upon the housetop, and his goods in the house, let him not come down to take them away. And he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

32 Remember Lot’s wife.

33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”

37 And they answered and said unto Him, “Where, Lord?” And He said unto them, “Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.”

I would agree with most of what you said but the land (earth) needs it's sabbath... the thousand years satan and his angels are bound to this desolate and destroyed earth, we will be with the Lord and then, we will come down in the new Jerusalem to the earth made new and evil will be destroyed.

This meeting with Jesus as He comes down from heaven, is like what happened to Philip, Acts 8:39, a transportation not a transformation. And those who have stood firm in their faith during all that must happen before the Return, will ever be with the Lord, as He reigns for the next 1000 years. Revelation 5:9-10

The NH,NE happens after the Millennium.

Consider Revelation 6:14: “And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.” This describes a world-wide earthquake of such magnitude that the entire surface of the earth is drastically changed. Can you imagine how the wicked must feel at this time as the earth literally comes apart at the seams? Also, in their sinful condition they cannot stand the overwhelming power and glory of Christ and all His holy angels, who literally cover the sky. Luke 21:25-27 tells us that the wicked are so terrified that their hearts fail them for fear. “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.”

This earthquake is further described in Revelation 16:17,18,20,21: “And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.” The entire topography of the earth’s surface will be drastically changed by this world-wide earthquake: mountains will be leveled, and islands will sink into the sea. In addition to the earthquake, there will be the hailstones about the size of a basketball, weighing about 70 pounds each. This artillery from the skies and the violent world-wide earthquake will demolish everything on the earth’s surface, from buildings and houses to cars and other machinery. Everything on the earth will be totally destroyed.

Jeremiah 4:23-27 tells us that this cataclysmic destruction of everything on the earth occurs at the return of Christ. “I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the Lord, and by his fierce anger. For thus hath the Lord said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end.”

Isaiah 24:1,3-6 also describes the earth during this time and shows that the earth will be completely empty, without man or beast: “Behold, the Lord maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof. The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the Lord hath spoken this word. The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish. The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.”
The few men left are the righteous who have been taken off the earth before these convulsions of nature occur. These verses tell us that God makes the earth empty, utterly empty.

This description of the earth continues in Isaiah 24:18-20: “For the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake. The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.” We see here that the physical violence occurring at this time shakes the very foundations of the earth. One can imagine the earth as it travels in its orbit around the sun, reeling to and fro, staggering like a drunkard, as enormous forces act upon it.

Again we can read in Isaiah 13:9,10 that the sun, moon, and stars will not shine upon the earth: “Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.”

Zephaniah 1:2,3 also tells us that God will completely empty the earth: “I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the Lord. I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumblingblocks [idols] with the wicked; and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the Lord.”

Revelation 20:1-3 tells us what happens to Satan at this time: “And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.” So Satan and his angels are bound and cast into the bottomless pit where they will remain for this thousand-year period. Where is this bottomless pit? What is it?

Genesis 1:2 describes the earth as being without form and void before God created its features. Jeremiah also describes the earth as being without form and void after the earthquake and other violent convulsions of nature destroy everything and change the topography of the earth’s surface. The earliest translation of the Old Testament from Hebrew, the Septuagint translation into Greek, produced probably around the second century B.C., uses the Greek word abussos in Genesis 1:2 to describe the earth in its primordial condition, and also in Jeremiah 4:23 to describe the earth in its destroyed and broken-down condition after Christ’s return. Abussos, therefore, is the Greek word that is used to describe an empty earth. We get our English word “abyss” from this Greek word.

This same Greek word, abussos, is translated “bottomless pit” in Revelation 20:1,3. The bottomless pit is simply this earth in the broken-down condition that results from the world-wide earthquake, the giant hailstones, and other catastrophic events that accompany Christ’s return at the beginning of the millennium.

During this thousand-year period, the righteous remain in heaven, the wicked remain dead, Satan remains bound on earth by this chain of circumstances, and the earth rests from the traumatic events associated with Christ’s return. What will the righteous be doing in heaven for this period?

First Corinthians 6:2,3 speaks of this period: “Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life.” We are told here that the saints shall judge the world.

God won't be removing the righteous from the earth as In a rapture to heaven. We meet with the departed saints who died and Christ in the air, which is still part of the earthly rhealm. But of the righteous, there will always be a remnant on this earth including throughout the great tribulation.

We will be with Jesus wherever He is. I don't think Jesus is going to be tied to this earth even when it becomes new, and not allowed to the third heaven.

Here we read what happens on that Day of the Lord Jesus. Notice the wicked will be for the fire, saying they are ashes under the feet of the righteous who are like stall fed calves. The wicked will not inherit the earth, the meek (christians) will inherit the earth. Christ comes down from heaven on the Day of the Son of Man, and all the wicked are consumed, burned up at His coming. 2 thessalonians 1, 2 thessalonians 2 have very good teaching on this. We are caught up in the air from the earth's surface, but we are not taken to heaven, Christ descends from heaven to this earth. Eventually Heaven merges into the earth, the 2 becoming one, with God and man living in the new city on the new earth and a new heaven.

2 Thessalonians 1
This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels. 8 He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 9 They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might 10 on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony to you.

The righteous who have not been killed are still present on this earth when Christ descends from heaven to earth. Christ is no longer in heaven, this is the second coming, when He comes to sit on His glorious throne
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18New King James Version (NKJV)
16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Malachi 4New King James Version (NKJV)
The Great Day of God
4 “For behold, the day is coming,
Burning like an oven,
And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble.
And the day which is coming shall burn them up,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“That will leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But to you who fear My name
The Sun of Righteousness shall arise
With healing in His wings;
And you shall go out
And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
3 You shall trample the wicked,
For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet
On the day that I do this,
Says the Lord of hosts.

Matthew 25:31-32New International Version (NIV)
The Sheep and the Goats

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.

He returns a second time, and He brings all the angels with Him. This also is described as the stars falling to the earth, the angelic powers of the heavens shaken and rolled back, meaning revealed to the earth.

Isaiah 34:4 All the stars in the sky will be dissolved and the heavens rolled up like a scroll; all the starry host will fall like withered leaves from the vine, like shriveled figs from the fig tree.

Matthew 24:29 “Immediately after the distress of those days “‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’

Mark 13:25 the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’

Revelation 6:13
and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind.

The stars dissolved, meaning they will no longer shine their light, their job God assigned to them at the creation to be lights is finished. These are in actuality angelic powers not burning bodies of bloated gas massively larger than the earth quadrillions of miles away.

The rapture will not take Christians all the way into the third heaven (of 2 Corinthians 12:2b). For nothing in the Bible requires that Christians will be raptured any higher than the clouds of the sky (the first heaven), in order to hold a meeting in the air with Jesus Christ at His future, Second Coming (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17). After that meeting, in which the Church will be judged by Jesus (Psalms 50:3-5, cf. Mark 13:27), and the obedient part of the Church will be married to Jesus (Revelation 19:7, Matthew 25:1-13), the obedient part of the Church will come back down from the sky (the first heaven) with Jesus (Revelation 19:15-21), in order to physically reign on the earth with Him for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:4-6, Revelation 5:10, Revelation 2:26-29). After the 1,000 years and subsequent events (Revelation 20:7-15, Ezekiel chapters 38-39), the obedient part of the Church will then live on a New Earth with God the Father and Jesus in the literal city of New Jerusalem (Revelation chapters 21-22).

Regarding 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10, it indeed refers to Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming, which will occur before the future Millennium (Revelation 19:7 to 20:6, Zechariah 14:3-21). But note that 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10 does not say that "all" non-Christians will be killed by Jesus at His Second Coming. For some non-Christians will be left alive by Him (Matthew 24:39b-40), and they will enter the Millennium (Zechariah 14:16-19). Also, the "vengeance" and "everlasting destruction" at the Second Coming (2 Thessalonians 1:8-9) will not be the lake of fire and brimstone (of Revelation 21:8) for everyone killed by Jesus, just as "the vengeance of eternal fire" which came upon Sodom and Gomorrah (Jude 1:7) was not the lake of fire and brimstone for those killed. For only the future Antichrist (the individual-man aspect of Revelation's "beast") and his False Prophet will be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone at Jesus' Second Coming (Revelation 19:20). Other non-Christians will not be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone until after they have been physically resurrected and judged at the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15). Between the Second Coming (Revelation 19:7 to 20:3) and the Great White Throne Judgment will occur the Millennium (Revelation 20:4-6) and the subsequent Gog/Magog rebellion (Revelation 20:7-10, Ezekiel chapters 38-39).

It is actually pretty inclusive about the destruction, who are destroyed, in that scripture saying

8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who know not God, and who obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

10 when He shall come on that Day to be glorified in His saints and to be admired in all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed.

they are going to experience an everlasting destruction on that Day of Christ's returning which is their eternal punishment. Yes there is the second death destruction, which is an ongoing extension of their eternal destruction, and it is for all those who do no know God or obey the gospel, so it must by logic mean all non believers are destroyed with an everlasting destruction at the second coming. I don't read any delayed judgement against them, for them it is over and done, time for the flaming fire, they are physically all of them killed at this time, end up in hell fire, and will be further destroyed at the great white throne judgement of God.

The consistent gospel message is God saves believers in Christ, and those who dont believe in Christ experience God's flaming fiery wrath in an eternal destruction, they perish. Maybe for some God grants repentance when they see Him coming back, so then they would be believers and so then saved.

Based on the parable of the virgins from Matthew chapter 25, there will be no second chances at His Second Coming.
As you noted above, He returns in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not obey the
Gospel.
Those in flesh bodies will not survive the fire.

1Co 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

The time of the judgment of the dead is found in Revelation 11:18, which proves the Book of Revelation is not in chronological order.

Rapture will happen at the unknown time
Matt 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away

People will mourn when they see Jesus comes on the cloud unexpectedly :
7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

People will wail because Jesus leave them behind (the foolish virgins)

But the 2nd coming of Jesus will be revealed to the kings and their armies, who will battle Him at Armageddon.
The 2nd coming of Christ, Kings and Armies will know it

The wise virgins shall be taken to the Feast of the Lamb in heaven, out of the great tribulation.
Rev 7:14 These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

The world will be in total destruction in the 7 years Grief Tribulation, those who refuse the mark of the beast will be KILLED, so will you
if you are left behind.

In Matthew chapter 24 it is those "taken", who are destroyed.

Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Mat 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Mat 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Mat 24:40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

In the parable of the wheat and tares from Matthew chapter 13, it is the tares who are taken first and destroyed in the fire, while the wheat is left behind to be gathered into the barn.

Mat 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

But God did not kill them, the satanic beast and his people killed those saints.
Sure christians who are the righteous die, and they go to be with Christ.

Proverbs 10:30
The righteous will never be removed, But the wicked will not inhabit the earth.

This verse also is prophecy of what will be. Right now the wicked inhabit the earth, but we are not in the eternal state yet regarding this earth. God calls things to be that are not, declaring the end from the beginning, and things not yet done as though they were, so this verse even though we dont see it yet, is still true.

Proverbs 10:30
The righteous will never be removed, But the wicked will not inhabit the earth.
That happened in OT when Moses and Joshua lead the Hebrew to defeat their wicked enemies and win the land (earth).

In the end times situation its clearly explained that the wise virgins shall be left behind and the whole world will be in GRIEF JUDGMENT and UNINHABITABLE.

1Co 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

1 Corinthians 15:50 refers to people in mortal/corruptible, flesh and blood bodies, as opposed to immortal/incorruptible, resurrection "flesh and bone" bodies (possibly without blood as we know it), like Jesus Christ was resurrected into on the third day after His death (Luke 24:39,46; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4,21-23,51-53, Philippians 3:21, Romans 8:23-25).

1 Corinthians 15:50 means that people in mortal bodies won't inherit the eternal (as opposed to the preceding, Millennial) aspect of the Kingdom of God, which will be on the New Earth, in the descended New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:1 to 22:15), after the future Millennium and subsequent events (Revelation 20:7 to 22:15).

1 Corinthians 15:50 doesn't require that no people in mortal bodies will inherit the Millennial aspect of the Kingdom, which will be on the present earth. For the elect Jews who won't become Christians until Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming (Romans 11:25-29, Zechariah 12:10-14) could inherit the Millennial aspect of the Kingdom (Zechariah 14:5-21, Matthew 19:28, Luke 22:30) in their mortal bodies. For the resurrection/changing of Christians into immortal physical bodies (1 Corinthians 15:21-23,51-53) could be experienced only by those who had become Christians before the Second Coming.

Also, 1 Corinthians 15:50 doesn't require that no people in mortal bodies will even enter the Millennial aspect of the Kingdom, that is, without inheriting it. For just as people can enter someone's house, and stay there for awhile, without inheriting that house, so the people left alive at Jesus' Christ's future, Second Coming (Matthew 24:39b-40) who won't become Christians at that time will enter the Millennial aspect of the Kingdom in their mortal bodies, without inheriting the Kingdom. Instead, they will be its forced subjects (Zechariah 14:16-19, Psalms 66:3), ruled over with a rod of iron by Jesus and the physically resurrected Church (Revelation 2:26-29, Revelation 5:10, Revelation 20:4-6, Psalms 2).

Similarly, 1 Corinthians 15:50 doesn't require that no people in mortal bodies can even enter the third-heaven aspect of the Kingdom, that is, without inheriting it. For at the time of Revelation 11:11-12, at one point during the future Tribulation of Revelation chapters 6 to 18 and Matthew 24, the Two Witnesses will be in resuscitated mortal bodies, like, for example, the resuscitated mortal bodies of Lazarus and Tabitha (John 11:43-44, Acts 9:36-40). For the resurrection of Christians into immortal physical bodies won't happen until Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming (1 Corinthians 15:21-23,52-53; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-16, Revelation 19:7 to 20:6), which won't happen until after the future Tribulation (Matthew 24:29-31, Revelation 19:7 to 20:6). And when Revelation 11:12 shows that the Two Witnesses will ascend into the third heaven in their resuscitated mortal bodies, it doesn't say that they will inherit the third heaven, just as when the apostle Paul said that he at one point during his lifetime could have been taken into the third heaven in his mortal body (2 Corinthians 12:2-7), he doesn't say that he inherited the third heaven. And just as when Enoch and Elijah were taken into the third heaven in their mortal bodies (Hebrews 11:5; 2 Kings 2:11), it doesn't say that they inherited the third heaven.

Matt 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away

Note that Matthew 24:37-39, like its context (Matthew 24:36-44), refers to Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming (Matthew 24:37,42,44), which He had just finished saying won't happen until "immediately after the tribulation" (Matthew 24:29-31). So in Matthew 24:42,44, Jesus can mean only if Christians don't watch (stay awake, spiritually) during the future Tribulation of Matthew 24 and Revelation chapters 6 to 18, the Second Coming will happen at an hour they don't know/think not (compare the if principle of Revelation 3:3b). In the context of Matthew 24:36,42,44, Jesus suggests that it is possible for Christians to know when the Second Coming will occur and to watch for it (Matthew 24:43-44a; 1 Thessalonians 5:4). Also, the rapture (the gathering together) of the Church will occur at the Second Coming (Matthew 24:30-31; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-8).

Also, Jesus says "of that day and hour knoweth no man" (Matthew 24:36); He doesn't say "of that day and hour no man will know". So it's possible that at a certain point in our future, some Christians will come to know the date (as in the year, month, and day) of Jesus' Second Coming before it happens. Also, if we mistakenly think that Jesus can come back today or tomorrow (as is sometimes claimed by the pre-tribulation and partial preterist views), then how can we also claim that He will come back when nobody thinks He will (Matthew 24:44)?

Also, compare the following: "of that day and hour knoweth no man" (Matthew 24:36), "the things of God knoweth no man" (1 Corinthians 2:11). If we claim that the 1st verse means that no man will ever know the date of Jesus Christ's Second Coming until it happens, then to be consistent we would have to also claim that the 2nd verse means that no man, not even Christians, can know the things of God until the Second Coming. But who would say that? For God's Holy Spirit can currently reveal to Christians the things of God (1 Corinthians 2:12-13). He can currently guide them into all truth and show them what will happen in the future (John 16:13), including the date of Jesus' Second Coming. For, again, Jesus suggests that it is possible for Christians to know when the Second Coming will occur and to watch for it (Matthew 24:43-44a; 1 Thessalonians 5:4). Also, what Amos 3:7 says would include the Second Coming: that is, surely God the Father won't send Jesus back without having first revealed to some Christians the secret of the date of the Second Coming.

Jesus could return on the 1,335th day after the abomination of desolation (possibly a standing, android image of the Antichrist) is set up in a future, 3rd Jewish temple in Jerusalem (Daniel 12:11-12, Revelation 16:15, Daniel 11:31,36, Matthew 24:15).
