There are wrong people who are saying Christians hate them because the Christians point out that they are wrong.

Also, children can scream that you hate them, if you say no to how they are wrong or no to what you know is not best for them.

But there is the right way to point out how someone is wrong. And there are plenty of wrong ways which can be hateful.

So, not all are alike. God knows the secrets of our hearts.

God supplies our needs. Thats faith. Economic politics are not faith. Why do we lust after economic advantage when God takes care of us? People fight because they are concerned about money but is that Gods Kingdom way?
