    So first 24 weeks or when the mother's life is at risk or the fetus can't survive. Is there a problem here?

    After 24 weeks is verboten unless Mom is at risk or the fetus will not live? Is that right?

    The intent was to use the Supreme Court's current criteria. I.e. all the noise about this is fake news.

    The proposed NM law, however, goes further.
