On 3 July 2019 the English Court of Appeal [2019] ECWA Civ 1127 upheld the appeal by university student Felix Ngole against Sheffield University expelling him for expressing his belief as a Christian that homosexuality and same sex “marriage” were wrong and sinful.

The Court held that simply expressing such views, provided this is not done in an offensive e.g. racist or sexually explicit way, did not amount to unlawful discrimination. Consequently the university was in the wrong to expel Felix.

This is another legal victory for free speech and for the right of Christians to express Biblical views!

Naturally the BBC, having reported Felix’s expulsion, did not report his successful appeal and the further support it gives against gayist bullying.

It is a short-lived supposed victory in my opinion. The coming one world government will not tolerate Christians and the preaching of the gospel & telling people to repent, turn from their sins & turn to Christ to forgive & save them, as they confess Him as Lord and Savior.

2 Tim 4:2 Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not; correct, rebuked & encourage--with great patience & careful instruction.

Romans 13:10-12 Love does no wrong to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the Day has drawn near. So let us lay aside the deeds of darkness & put on the armor of light.

Let me guess... this one world Government when Christians will not be tolerated is coming SOON isn't it?

I mean... Isn't it always coming SOON?

Reminds me of this Monty Python Scene...

Student wins appeal over 'homosexuality sin' post

BBC article July 3, 2019
A devout Christian who was thrown off his university course for posting that homosexuality was a sin has won an appeal against the decision.

Felix Ngole, 39, was removed from a postgraduate social work course at the University of Sheffield in 2016 after posting the Facebook comment.

Judges overturned a previous court ruling and said the university should reconsider Mr Ngole's case.
