Lookup the name "Eliakim" that is referenced in the document and you will find it means the "resurrection of God".

This prophecy was fulfilled 2000 years ago. It is not exactly new.

Sorry but you are very wrong. This text is talking about now.
Not sure if you actually read the link but it applies to now.
The prophecy from 2000 years ago said that more prophecy was coming. And here it is. Reject it if you reject the true God.

Acts 2:16 "No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: In the last days, God says, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.…"
Please note: "This is...." not, "This will be". It is referring to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. I am not saying that the gifts have ceased, far from it. But this is not something future. It was normal in the early church.
