Need help identifying song about Lamb in a field

I've heard this song a couple times as background music, but have been unable to Shazam it. It is sung by a male vocalist with just piano accompaniment, maybe guitar.

Part of the chorus is "One lamb stands alone in the field" another part of the song is "I will see you again" not sure if those words are verbatim, but they are close.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
