Mystery Song--Can you name it?

Hi!

My family tried every search and google we could come up with to find a song we sang in church today. Here are some lyrics from the chorus " King of glory, you are holy, the lion and the lamb. Hallelujah oh messiah, you are the great I am"

And I think at some point there is also "Who is this God?" sung.
