I also think counseling would be a good idea. It sounds to me like your daughter is smart and curious and normal for her age. It's important she feel safe and protected and gets the affection kids that age need. Personally I don't see anything wrong with the kinds of things she's interested in. Childrens' interest change from week to week, even day to day. I think spending quality time together would help you to bond more.
