My understanding of this thread is that the OP seems incapable of believing that reality can change.

'Planet' is a human concept, and we can change the definition. Some decades ago, the definition of planets included Pluto, and that was the reality then. Now the definition of planets does not include Pluto, and that is reality now.

The OP's argument seems to be similar to expressing concern that in 1969 The Beatles song 'Something' was Number 1 in the charts, but now it isn't.

Saturn is our sixth planet from the sun.

Is this reality?

Just YES or NO please.

Anything else will be considered as an attempt to confuse - not clarify - the issue.

I'ld have to say "not completely".

What dictates saturn to be the 6th planet from the sun, is a combination of both the reality of the solar system as well as our definition of what a "planet" is.

As in: "given that a planet is defined as blablabla, then saturn is the 6th planet from the sun".

So, it's a combination of both.

It says he was born yesterday.
Who is "he"?

If your birth certificate cannot* lie, you were born yesterday.

In short, your birth certificate says it, that settles it.

* Not "does not," "can not."

For the record, I was born in May, 1954; and born again in December, 1981.

Can you explain this?

What does your birth certificate say?

1980, but it is a forgery. If it would say the true date, I'ld probably be put in a closed center for medical experiments and tests to see how a 5-day old human could have obtained the body and the intellect of a 37-year old in just 5 days.

All the evidence will suggest I am 37 years old. But I am really only 5 days old.
You're just gonna have to have faith and believe me.

YES
...

My reasoning (since reasoning seems to be important in this topic)? Sources that state this as a fact, e.g.:

Saturn - Wikipedia
Saturn - Overview | Planets - NASA Solar System Exploration!

Given that this information itself refers to the state of affairs in the same universe that I inhabit.

Of course, I'm no expert but just a layman, so I have to trust the quality of the information other experts have observed to be in reality rather than empirically looking to reality itself, using a telescope and doing the requisite mathematical calculations.

Rote in this instance. "Saturn is the sixth planet from the Sun" - Wikipedia.

But also I can visualize what I've learned of the solar system and say, 1 - Mercury, 2 - Venus, 3 - Earth, 4 - Mars, 5 - Jupiter, 6 - Saturn.
