Hey all! I was messing around one day with some food I had around the house to see what I could make, and I ended up melting a bar of milk chocolate and I also made custard and twirled the two into eachother. I ended up with a delicious mousse-like pudding, which was really nice! The texture isn't so great, but the taste definitely makes up for it. It'd be nice with grated chocolate on top as well.
I'm not sure exactly what I made, how much etc, but this gives you the basic idea, and also goes to show that you don't always have to follow a recipe book. Experimenting is fun
