With round the clock posting, that works out to 38 posts per hour or a post ever 1 minute and 35 seconds.
Assuming a real person who needs to sleep, etc for least 8 hours a day, that becomes 57 posts/hour or one post every 1 minute and 3 seconds.

Besides racking up artificial post counts and 'like' counts, do they serve any other purpose?

I had the same problem. Try a log out/log on.Okay clicked on thread title, there is only one post displayed. Why?
I think they just fixed it as I also noticed that earlier.........Erm... it's only displaying the OP post, where's the other ten posts?
