Just to clarify things i am 13 year old.
Thank you very much!
I just installed from YouVersion where i can start reading the bible.
My knowledge of Jesus is very low, all i know is that he is the Son of God and that he sacrificed himself to save us.
I am able to hide that app.
But on my earlier question is it an sin to hide being Christian?

It is not a sin at your age, to hide your faith from your family. When your older and able to leave home, you will tell them.

I told mine, but not until I was fully away from them. It's okay to do this..

It's ok, we have all been there. Don't worry about becoming a Christian publicly just yet, learn something about the Christian faith and go from there. I always recommend Ephesians but I think you would enjoy the Gospel according to John. Learn a little something about our faith, it gets easier after that.

The New Testament is basis of Christian faith. It isn't that long. Though the first three gospels are kind of redundant. I would suggest starting from Luke and reading through the New Testament. You may end up having a better handle on the Christian faith that many denominationalized Christians who start off with a lot of preconceived notions.

Then going to the Old Testament will help you will context. The main message of scripture is grace in light of God's judicial nature. A grace that many reject.

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: "In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it." Isaiah 30:15

But
Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. no it’s not a sin to hide from someone who might mistreat you. If you think your family will harm you , then keep silent until you can be in a safer place and you’re not dependent on them for money , or for a place to live

On another topic . You do know that Muslims think of Jesus as a prophet but they call him Isa.
There are many different versions of the Christian Bible because there are many different sects . Protestants have a different bible from Catholics , some Protestant sects like the Jehovah Witnesses have another version of the bible as well. If I recall correctly, Mormons consider themselves to be a type of Christian as well. This isn’t an easy question to answer . The most common American version is the King James Bible and professional bible scholars consider that to be a poor translation but it is very poetic.

There must be someone you know that you could tell.

The Bible tells us.

Rom. 10:10
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

At this point you have believed unto Righteousness, now as soon as you can, open your mouth in confession of that belief.

Jesus said.
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

Now that you Believe, you next step is Baptism into Jesus.

Hi Taha, my new sister in Christ! I am thrilled that you want to know more about Jesus! There is a parable in Mark 4 about a farmer scattering seed, and I think this parable will be helpful for you to know. Mark 4:1-20. Your faith in Jesus is so precious and the enemy (the devil) will try to snatch it away. What I mean is that he will try to make you doubt. It's good to have an experienced Christian friend/mentor that you can confess your doubts to. Christians are not perfect, and there are many people who say or genuinely believe that they are Christians but are not. (It is our actions that prove we belong to God after all). There will still be suffering, and your faith will be tested. But I believe that when you genuinely seek God, He will show you the right path. We are his sheep and He is our Shepherd.

Everytime i think of Jesus and God now i get Goosebumps but stronger. It is a warm nice feeling like God accepted me.
It feels like i am finally released and can live in peace.
Is it a sin if i hide that i am an Christian for my family?
What is my job as family? How can i pray?
Where should i start with reading the bible?
Sorry for my questions i am just curious.

Hello, after you talk with Jesus keep doin it often!! Any Christian church will help you on you journey but remember religion isn't perfect people aren't perfect but He is!! All believers need a little support from your new brothers and sisters your guidance get from Christ and the Holy Bible !!! Way happy !!! Welcome to the forum. I’m happy that you are responding to God’s call, He wants you to be saved.

The Bible says in Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9,

Please say this short prayer sincerely, “Lord Jesus, I repent of my sins. Come into my heart and I will make you my only Lord and Savior.” After saying this prayer, I believe you are already a Christian.
To deepen your relationship with Jesus, attend a full gospel church, read daily devotions and communicate with Him through prayers.

You can also read this book “Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus”. This is about the author’s journey from Islam to Christianity.

I pray that you will know more about Jesus and will have deeper relationship with Him. God bless.

Taha, my heart jumped with joy at seeing your post! Praise God for leading you to seek answers.
To become a Christian, you must declare that the Lord is the one true God. You must take Christ into your heart and live by his example. Love those around you, repent, live a fruitful life yet be vigilant and quick in your mind. Many will deter you from the path to life. Never give in, through your faith you will have a place in heaven. How you live your life will be your answer.
God is the only one we need to fear for it is him that truly holds the keys to life and death.
When you are alone and you are scared, envision Christ in all of his splendor. In Revelation 1:
14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
Wow. How amazing will his second coming be.

I will send you a message my friend with Christ you will have no fear for when you accep Christ wholeheartedly satan looses his power over you the devils struggle for control but if you know the Father you know the Christ and if you know the Christ you know He has won the war and no matter how many battles satan wins it will never change the outcome of the war (the victory of the Father over satan) start reading John from the New Testament and read on from there.
