There are a few western leaders who have said they agree that Jerusalem is the Capital City of Israel: Poland, a high ranking EU official, British Foreign Secretary hinted that the UK agrees but it is not the right time to say so.

There may be others who will break ranks at some point - there may well be some of the African nations that Benyamin Netanyahu has been visiting, too.

My best guess is that they will make Russia an offer they can not refuse. In the mean time they will sit around and complain about Israel.

A lot of people have noted how low the attendence of various muslim nations was.

The Saudis, of course, refused to attend, as did Egypt, because Iran was present.

The Saudis maintain that the US should be at the helm of any peace negotiations, which is great. They remarked that that the future Palestinian state would have East Jerusalem as its capital city, which ASSUMES that Israel will have West Jerusalem as it's own capital.
