Music Videos on the Go

I was throwing around the idea of one day opening up a recording studio somewhere and one of the things I would want to include in the options for musicians would be to have options available for them to record music videos. I was wanting to know what technologies are available for placing live persons in videos or other visuals. I'm vaguely familiar green screens but is there anything else available these days for more sophisticated things to do?

Thanks. I'm quite familiar with what I want that side of the business to be like. I'm more interested in carving a niche is the above mentioned OP, however.

Does anyone know what technology is being used here? Take a look at this video from the 5 minute mark on and tell me it's called when they put those sensors on you to turn you into a digital character? Thanks!
