Hi, I thought the worship forum would be a good place to post this as many of you play and write music.
I am not the best with computers but I would like to try some songwriting software. Which is the simplest/easiest to use for piano? Thanks for any replies.

For making a soundfile, I like Audacity. If I were starting over with engraving software, I'd go musart (I am stuck with Lime, having used it for like 15 years now). Cross platform, intuitive, free.
Audacity is a recording/editing/playback program.

I think he was asking about computerized lyric generators.

I have not used them but was looking into MasterWriter a few months back. It was highly rated by Disk Makers, Worship Leader Media and Music Connection.

I play the piano for my church's worship ministry. My setup is Cubase Pro 9 with Kontakt 5 using Native Instrument's "The Grandeur" piano VST. I use this for both live performances and composition. I have this setup both for my desktop and laptop computers--the desktop is used for composition and recording. The laptop is used for live performances.
