My day started out with incredible stress, worry, and a lot of tears. I felt crushed, overwhelmed, and helpless.

Tonight, I'm trying to rest in the Lord's promises, and the songs coming across my playlist are most timely!

Do you beat yourself up too much? Do you doubt yourself? Do you allow guilt to consume you? Take a moment to just stop. Tell yourself that Jesus loves you, just as you are, right where you are in this very second. Don't think beyond that. Just sit in that assurance.
