MSNBC hires controversial ex-FBI lawyer Lisa Page as legal analyst

Page is best known for her publicized text exchanges with her lover, ex-FBI agent Peter Strzok, which revealed extreme animosity towards Trump during the 2016 election and created the perception that their political views fueled the Russia investigation.

You guys have a President who is on tape for grabbing female genitals without consent and now you worry about text messaging of ex-agent going to work for news channel as consultant.

Anybody feel a slightest touch of hypocrisy?

I remember Lt. Colonel Oliver North was indicted and convicted for selling Hawk and TOW missiles to the Iranians in exchange for money used to support anti-communist rebels in Nicaragua. Reagan was president during the weapons smuggling operation. There was an arms embargo against Iran at the time because Iran had previously stormed the US embassy in Iran and held US personnel hostage during the Carter administration. Oliver North was fined and put on probation. Fox News hired Oliver North after he was convicted. The communist revolution North was trying to fight had done much damage to US interests. Russia and China supported various atheist communist revolutions. Eventually the Soviet communist revolution lost popularity and the Berlin Wall was taken down. The Russians lost control of their Eastern European satellite countries.

I certainly see the irony in calling MSNBC a news channel.
