I agree with Firewater as far as prosperity but I also strongly agree with 1Prophetess about CA.
My own personal testimony on this is... I was born and raised in CA. As a child, I was not raised with Jesus but traditional religion. Our lives did not line up with any of His teachings. I remember clear as day waking up in the middle of the night to the tv being on to a Christian news station of Jack Van Impe & his wife Rexzilla. At that time (which was mid 90's), I had no clue who they were but do today.
On this show they were speaking about the end times and how CA was going to be cut off from the rest of the U.S. and judged by itself. They went into great detail about the destruction of CA and as a child with no Jesus, I spoke out loud to God that I did not want to be a part of that. I felt so strongly that what I heard was the truth and sincerely desired to be saved from that.
Fast forward to 2002, I left CA for college and the military & have not moved back (except for visits). I gave my life to Christ in Sept 2001. Today, I can look back and see how He ordered my foot steps this whole journey. But that's my path which may not be yours.
With that being said, I do not believe in living in fear or fearful of things to come. Fear is not of God. I believe in His protection and His power and if He calls you to CA, then He will protect you against the day of evil Amen. He will keep you and will prosper you as long as you are wrapped up in His perfect will for you. As a true child of God, we can rest assured that in the end times our souls will be saved. No matter where we live!
Personally, I felt that dream was more of a warning. I say personally because, I don't have clear certainty that this is accurate but I feel it strongly within my Spirit. There is a difference when one is able to hear God clearly through a dream and He allows it's interpretation to be known VS. times when one can only be of some help with wisdom and discernment. Then there are times when one hears absolutely nothing....so nothing should be said

.
I feel it's more of a warning due to the cliff and the way you described it. Although the dream points to prosperity, the one thing that overshadowed the prosperity was the cliff which indicates: fall, off, cut, off, danger (sudden) and unexpected. It immediately reminded me of the (prophesied) destruction of CA as well as when Jesus was tempted by Satan in the desert. Satan had Him standing at the highest point of the temple in the Holy city (reminded me of the way you described the scenery of the position of the house), when Satan tempted Jesus to jump. Jesus was also on the highest mountain and showed all the kingdoms of the world and it's splendor (again, reminded me of the way you described the location).
The description of the house, the furniture, the community, clubhouse, pool, surroundings, scenery below the cliff & view are all material/natural. Where are the core things of Jesus Christ within this dream? Prosperity is of God but material things are temporal. They have it's place within our lives and are more than ok to have as long as we have our "house" in order. Meaning that we must seek first the kingdom of Heaven and it's righteousness. Then all of those things will be added. (Matthew 6:33)
You may be in the position soon to move or visit some place/something that is very enticing and appealing but be cautious to truly seek the Lord about it. Everything that glitters isn't gold and every "blessing" is not from the Lord. If it is Him, He will make it plain to you when you seek Him wholeheartedly with pure motives to honor His will for your life. Be prayerful and be patient to wait on Him! He will make it plain to you.
Scriptures for reference:
5 Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. 6 "If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down. For it is written:
"'He will command his angels concerning you,
and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone."
7 Jesus answered him, "It is also written: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.' "
8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 "All this I will give you," he said, "if you will bow down and worship me."
10 Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.' "
11 Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.
